Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating a VPSCtrl account or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your account

• You must provide an accurate email address. Verification by one-time code is required at signup.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Use a unique, strong password.
• One person or legal entity per account, unless you have explicit permission from us to operate otherwise.
• You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use VPSCtrl, or any VPS provisioned through it, for:

• Activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or in the jurisdiction where the server is hosted.
• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), running open relays, or operating known phishing or malware infrastructure.
• Denial-of-service attacks, network abuse, port scanning of third parties, or attempts to bypass abuse-detection systems.
• Hosting child sexual abuse material or content that infringes intellectual-property rights of others.
• Cryptocurrency mining or other workloads that materially exceed the resources of the package you purchased.
• Reselling, sublicensing, or repackaging VPSCtrl as your own service without prior written agreement.

We may investigate and remove content or workloads that we reasonably believe violate this section.

4. Billing, renewals & refunds

• VPS services are billed in advance for the period you select (monthly or longer). Pricing is shown in your local currency at checkout.
• Renewal invoices are generated before the current term ends. If unpaid by the due date, the server may be suspended and, after a grace period, deleted.
• Account credit balances are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion. Setup fees, used resources, and partial periods are generally non-refundable.
• You authorize us to charge any payment method on file for due amounts on your account.

5. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or any service if (a) payment is overdue, (b) we receive a credible abuse report, (c) your use threatens the stability or security of our infrastructure, or (d) you breach these terms. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to cure.

You may close your account at any time by cancelling all services and contacting us. After cancellation we may retain limited records as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (see our Privacy Policy).

6. Availability and support

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, hardware failure, network events, and force-majeure events may cause downtime. Support is provided on a best-effort basis through email and the in-app support channel.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VPSCtrl is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

You are solely responsible for backing up data on your VPS. We do not guarantee retention of data after a service is suspended or deleted.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
